> ABOUT ME
Twenty years ago I taught myself to lift with zero knowledge — improvising, failing, and outlasting everyone I started with.
I got strong and got the six-pack, then spent years learning that strength couldn't buy me a handstand or a muscle-up — it just bought me injuries. The foundations I'd skipped — how you move and how you fuel it — were the whole missing piece.
I'm still not there. This is the ugly, unfinished version nobody posts — the fails in real time — and I share all of it free, because the honest version is the only one worth following.
